Custom and personalized orders

READY TO SHIP - All in stock orders are shipped 3 to 5 business days from the day the order is received, excluding Saturdays and holidays. If possible, we will ship earlier than scheduled.

MADE TO ORDER - I am happy to make custom orders, but they do take a bit longer, up to 7 business days (please convo me).

Please ensure that your address is up to date on both your Etsy and Paypal accounts. If you have two different addresses listed, we will use the address listed on your ETSY account.

REGISTERED mail

Orders are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking code, in a padded envelope. Once the item is shipped the usual delivery time is between 2-3 weeks. Please note, are estimated, delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.

EXPRSS shipping options

EXPRESS mail - If you would like faster delivery, there is a DHL EXPRESS delivery upgrade option to International destinations:

Shipping charges do not include any duty and/or tax that may be charged by your customs, we recommend that you check with the local customs office to see what these fees may be.

a beautiful gift box and a jewelry care card, ready to give as a gift. If you would like to upgrade your gift wrapping, you can do that at check out. Upon upgrading, you will get a luxurious branded gift box a beautiful branded silk ribbon, and a jewelry cleaning cloth.

Please inform me whether your purchase is a gift and I would be happy to add your personal note.

All pieces come with their own care information.
Please do not let your jewelry items come into contact with creams or perfumes as these will affect the jewlery.

Additional Exchange information

YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT - Please contact me as soon as possible but not later than 3 days of delivery, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. I will do my best to resolve any issues so that you have a positive experience shopping with Namata jewelry.

If you you are unable to accept your package

If a package is sent to your address but you are unable to accept it for any reason, resulting in its return to our facility, reshipping the package will require an additional shipping fee. This fee covers the cost of re-sending the package to you.

Please note that this policy applies to situations where the package return is due to circumstances beyond our control or where delivery attempts have been unsuccessful.

If I am an israeli citizen living in Israel, do I need to pay VAT on top of the item price?

Yes, you will need to pay an extra 17% VAT as we follow Israeli law. Currently, it is not possible to implement the Israeli VAT payment in the ETSY payment system.

A payment request for the 17% VAT will be sent to you post your item purchase and subsequently, your item will be processed for delivery.

Conditions of shipping cost of a replacement item

Please note that we grant free shipping on your order. Although you are entitled to exchange your initial item with any other item in our shop, you will be charged for the shipping of the replacement item as we grant free shipping only once.
